Battles vs Wars
One can win battles but loose war. Vice versa also can be true. People loose battles after battles but may win war to succeed once for all. People play pitched battles.
E.g. Pakistan is trying to fight many small battles since long time. But India is thinking long term is planning to win war and is sure to win WAR once for all in due course of time.
Same applies to life. Always think of winning wars than winning small small battles. Think long term. Don't be afraid to run from battle field but plan and attack once more and this time win war and not small small battles.
